Advantages
· Our pavement fabrics are made from new polyester spun bonded continuous fibres, mechanically bonded by needle punching and fibre-fired.
· High melt temperatures. These pavement fabrics do not melt at temperatures below 250oC.
· The fibre-firing process enhances the stability of the fabric when hot bitumens/asphalt are applied. When exposed to hydrocarbons present in bitumen the fabric is very stable and does not shrink or distort.
· Very strongManufactured using from long fibre needle punched non woven technology that results in a higher tensile strengths for the same weight of fabric. High tear and puncture resistance.
· Minimal surface variation. This allows the paving fabric to rapidly absorb the applied bitumen and form a tight barrier with the road surface.
· Ease of use. Having one side of the material fibre-fired ensures that the paving fabric will not be lifted by vehicle tyres. Yuan Das own manufacturing process guarantees the quality of the material when it is laid.
This fibre fired paving fabric significantly reduces reflective cracking in pavements on concrete roads, for repairs to existing road surfaces and the construction of new roads.
The paving fabric is supplied in strong UV resistant packaging to prevent deterioration of the product during storage. Standard roll size: 4m
